"ROAD TRIP"

The Bass Family embarks on its first official Road Trip

We've packed a teenager, a baby, a dog, and all the items that could possibly need into the back of the trusty mini van and hit the road to see what we could see.  

First stop Sandpoint, Idaho (no U-daho, baa haa haa, this joke never gets).  Sandpoint is really just a retired town, that offers a quiet and safe small town feel with kind people, scorching heat, an incredible lake and cute shops, ice cream parlours and easy family fun.

Casey discovered her first street performer and was mesmerized by the music and had herself a little dance in the street.  And others enjoyed her little performance.

The town fountain was a highlight for Casey and Logan and we past this every time we came to and from the hotel.

And then it was off to da' beach for a morning of cooling off and water play.

Dinner and some local beer/cider at the cute pizza place over looking the harbour.  Food and service was fantastic the first night, not so great the second, but fun place all the same.  (Recommend the Thai Chicken Pizza, but warning itsa spicy)

Travelling around Sandpoint meant Logan sitting on his rip stick with Casey cruising.
