It's almost time for Bass family Christmas Mayhem to begin (t minus 18 hours)
It's been crazy trying to get everything ready in time. I began preparing in September, but with joints issues taking over it left little time to finish up, but we did it all the same and the time has come.
Starting with a treat
Peanut Butter Carmel Marshmallow Squares
one my faves that I've made for the first time
the first batch had way too many marshmallow to peanut carmel ratio, so we had to eat the first batch ourselves as it was unacceptable to be served and then make a second, it was a daunting task but someone had to eat it
Then we finished up the last of the decorating and cleaning and cooking with several Christmas tree photo experiments
Dee-Ann - this accidental blurry lights pic is for you, made me think of all the beautiful ones you do on purpose for my viewing pleasure
There was also some father daughter dancing to one of my favourite carols (sorry the video won't load)
and some relaxing done by dogley and coffee table exploration by Miss Casey
