We've now headed out to pretty Sicamous on Mara Lake for some time with the Andrews and Marks family at Villa de Marks. Thank to the Marks for having us and introducing us to grilled Haloomi cheese!
It is always a good time with Keith, Shelly and Keaghan. Logan is again in a happy place, backyard fires, "bouncerine", ping pong, foose ball, and the ultimate quading adventures with the Boys. Titan is loving life as well, funning free, playing in the water, reuniting with the lovely Daisy and enjoying the hot fire.
Kevin and Keith are grilling Haloomi cheese. You brush this cheese with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar, grill it until it is starting to get crunchy, but not melted (about 3 mins a side). Put this cheese with some nice tomatoes and avocado, sprinkled with parmesan and enjoy.
A little bit of heaven on your dinner plate.
It's a dogs life. Just for the record Titan has NEVER climbed into a chair before. Apparently furniture rules do not apply at the cabin by a hot fire.
